• Current leases, if you own rental property.
• Last 2 years W-2’s or
• Last 2 years tax returns with all schedules, if self employed, on commission, or receive a bonus.
• Pay stub for the month.
• Names & addresses of employers for past two years.
• Bank, Money Market, Mutual Fund, Stock, IRA, 401K statements for last two months.
• Copy of all divorce and/or bankruptcy papers if applicable.
